Stacey has loved drawing and painting from an early age and always took art through high school. Stacey loves to work with anything she can get her hands on, but is especially fond of oil paints and portraits. She feels the face is a map of a person’s whole history; therefore, in her work, she tries to capture the emotions of her subject, rather than their beauty. Stacey believes that a piece should make you feel something when you look at it, and hopes to bring those emotions out in her work.
