Jill and her husband Derek have made Beaumont their home for the past 7 years.

At this point she admits her style can’t really be pinned down.
Always dreaming up a new project, her interests range from painting, gardening and landscaping to home decorating and sewing while her family and fur family keep her on her toes.
From this place she decided to combine her two loves. She was invited by her daughter Hannah, to paint a donation piece for ACTSS or the Animal Cancer Therapy Subsidization Society. From there came another painting and another donation.
Her renewed goal in life is to eventually donate $100,000. from a portion of each piece she creates to help stray and suffering animals. She has been successful in managing to donate to an Albertan animal rescue with her commissioned art work as well.
Jill signs her paintings “YELRAH” “HARLEY” spelt backwards. Harley was her beloved long-haired dachshund who’s life was cut short by cancer and so moving forward, Yelrah Art Mystic was born.
